• Spotted: President Mary Robinson continues to lead by example and with love, urgency, and humanity. 🌟

• Meaningful moment: Watching environmental filmmakers celebrated at the Climate Film Festival. 🎬

Hana Leshner:

• Something I learned: 🚀 Rapid computational efficiency gains in AI have me feeling more optimistic about its potential to support climate solutions, including its own carbon footprint, as it helps decrease renewable interconnection backlogs.

• Spotted: Dr. Katherine Hayhoe at Futerra’s F*ck Doom event. 🌍 Reminding us that every tenth of a degree matters.

• Meaningful moment: Reconnecting with women from  Project Dandelion at a networking session focused on getting funding into the hands of women pursuing on-the-ground solutions. 🌱 Women are disproportionately impacted by climate change and receive an alarmingly small percentage of climate investments.

Melissa Kepen:

• Something I learned: 56% of young people think humanity is doomed. 😟 But with impactful solutions and hopeful narratives, we can empower youth in climate action! 💪 

• Spotted: 🪧 A group of protestors in front of NewsCorp/Fox.

• Meaningful moment: ✨ Seeing our team's hard work showcased on the big screen and shared with others.

Lyle Jarvis:

• Something I learned: Some estimates suggest that climate action could create an additional $1T of additional economic output by 2070 compared to business as usual! 💰

• Spotted: Rock Climber Alex Honnold, star of the movie Free Solo, as a guest speaker on an OKTA panel, sharing his optimism for the future, particularly in solar energy! 🧗

• Meaningful moment: Sat next to a group of high school students listening in on a panel, who scored tickets through one of their teachers. The future is bright! 💡
