Take action: One of the best ways to combat eco-anxiety is to take action on environmental issues that matter to you. Join a local environmental group, sign petitions, or participate in community events.
Seek support: Talking to friends, family, or a therapist that specializes in eco-anxiety can help you process your feelings and develop coping strategies that work for you.
Practice self-care: Make time for activities that help you feel grounded and calm, such as exercise, meditation, or spending time in nature.
Stay informed: Staying informed about environmental issues can help you feel more in control and able to make a difference.
It’s important to remember that you are not alone in your concern for the planet and people that live here. Taking action can help you feel more empowered and hopeful - and we’re here to help you do it.
